Job summary

Nicriel is seeking a Regional Operations Coordinator to lead the mobilisation and establishment of multiple sites across VIC/TAS. You will coordinate subcontractors, ensure WHS and environmental compliance, and implement operational processes to meet contractual obligations.

You will manage site documentation, KPIs and reporting, with regular site visits and collaboration with the Contracts Manager. Travel between sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in waste management, environmental services or industrial services.
• Experience coordinating or managing subcontractors across collection, transport and disposal operations.
• Site mobilisation, project coordination or operational management experience.
• Sound understanding of WHS, environmental compliance and risk management.
• Experience with quality management systems, ISO-certified environments.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems; Dynamics 365 is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end site establishment and transition checklists.
• Develop and implement site‑specific operational documentation (WHS, EMS, Incident & Emergency Plans).
• Manage subcontractors and act as onsite operations contact; resolve escalated issues.
• Monitor site KPIs, drive continuous improvement, prepare audit documentation.
• Use CRM (Dynamics 365) for task allocation, reporting and compliance documentation.
