Job summary

Lingong Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. (LGMG) Australia seeks a proactive Territory Sales Manager to drive MEWP sales across Victoria, Tasmania, and South Australia.

You will grow the business, build dealer networks and manage the full sales cycle with support from a global manufacturer. The role requires proven B2B sales in MEWP or related equipment, strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, and a willingness to travel regularly within the region.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience in MEWP or related equipment is essential.
• Track record of developing new customers and meeting sales targets.
• Experience in dealer development, channel management or key account management is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills are required.
• Self-motivated, commercially minded and customer-focused attitude is important.
• Must hold a current Australian driver’s license and have working rights in Australia.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and achieve sales targets across VIC, TAS and SA.
• Identify and acquire new customers within the MEWP market.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, rental companies and key accounts.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and product demonstrations to quotations, negotiations and order closure.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
• Work closely with internal teams to coordinate pricing, equipment availability, delivery and after-sales support.
