Job summary

LGMG Machinery Australia Pty Ltd – Sunshine VIC is seeking a motivated Territory Sales Manager to grow our MEWP business across Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia. The role involves developing new business, managing the full sales cycle, and building strong dealer and customer relationships.

You will represent a global MEWP manufacturer in Australia, with a vehicle, SIM card and laptop provided. Travel across VIC, TAS and SA is expected, and a collaborative internal team supports pricing,

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in MEWPs or related equipment.
• Track record of developing new customers and achieving sales targets.
• Experience in dealer development, channel management or key account management is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, commercially minded and customer-focused.
• A current Australian driver's licence and appropriate working rights in Australia.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and achieve sales targets across VIC, TAS and SA.
• Identify and acquire new customers within the MEWP market.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, rental companies and key accounts.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and product demonstrations to quotations, negotiations and order closure.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
• Work closely with internal teams to coordinate pricing, equipment availability, delivery and after-sales support.
