Job summary

Coast & Country Primary Care (CCPC) is seeking a motivated Primary Health Team Leader to oversee the Psychological Therapies for Underserviced Populations Program across Bathurst, Orange and the surrounding region. You will work with the Implementation Lead on service rollout, governance and workforce readiness to ensure a smooth start.

You will provide clinical leadership, supervise multidisciplinary teams and drive quality outcomes while meeting contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• Requires tertiary qualification in Mental Health, Nursing, Allied Health, Community Services, Health Management or related field with current registration.
• Experience establishing and improving services or projects with stakeholder engagement and quality outcomes.
• Valid WWCC and CRC within last 12 months including working with vulnerable groups.
• Driver's license and ability to travel throughout Western NSW.
• Experience with PHNs, LHDs, GPs and commissioned health programs.
• Experience implementing MH programs in regional/remote communities.

• Lead referral pathways, intake processes and service procedures.
• Provide leadership, supervision and support to multidisciplinary teams.

• Monitor service performance and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with clinical governance and contractual requirements.
