Job summary

New Zealand Trade and Enterprise (NZTE) is seeking a Regional Marketing and Communications Manager to join our Australia Pacific region, based in Sydney CBD. This senior role connects regional plans with delivery, bringing integrated marketing programmes to life that support NZTE’s customer-focused outcomes across Australia and the Pacific.

Qualifications

• Commercially minded marketing generalist with strategic and operational experience.
• Ability to translate strategy into action and manage multiple customer-focused programmes.
• Experience leading through influence in matrix or complex stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver integrated marketing, communications and customer programme plans.
• Lead programme planning, project delivery, budget oversight and process improvement.
• Act as a trusted MarComms partner to senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Connect multiple activity streams into coherent programmes and manage risks.
• Lead and influence across project teams and workstreams without direct line management.
• Ensure activity reflects NZTE brand standards and stakeholder expectations.
