Job summary

Oroton Group is seeking an experienced Multi-Site Manager to oversee our Emporium Boutique, Myer Melbourne and David Jones Bourke Street stores. Based in Melbourne, you will lead three locations, drive excellent client experiences and elevate the Oroton brand across the city.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will develop high-performing teams, coach store leaders, and implement commercially focused strategies to grow sales across all sites.

Qualifications

• Proven multi-site leadership experience within fashion or premium retail.
• Strong clienteling and premium service standards.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Ability to coach and develop store leaders across sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store teams across three locations to deliver Oroton's client experience.
• Drive commercial performance and achieve sales targets.
• Support and develop Store and Concession Managers with performance feedback.
• Ensure consistent delivery of premium service and brand standards.
• Collaborate with VM and leadership teams on visual merchandising and promotions.
• Analyze performance and implement growth strategies per site.
