• Proven regional leadership in disability or health services.
• Experience managing geographically dispersed frontline teams.
• Knowledge of NDIS and person-centred supports.
• Ability to coach and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of compliance and quality standards.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and service delivery across South Australia
• Ensure high-quality, person-centred supports aligned with participant goals
• Support frontline leaders, coordinators and operational teams
• Drive workforce performance, retention and capability
• Build relationships with participants, families, advocates and stakeholders
• Monitor performance, quality outcomes, compliance and standards
• Use data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
• Support workforce planning, resource allocation and regional growth
• Implement operational improvements to support scalability
• Partner with national teams to achieve business objectives
