Job summary

Bendon Group is seeking a Regional Manager NSW/ACT to lead six Bendon Outlet stores and eight Myer Concession stores across NSW and ACT. You will govern multi-site operations with a focus on sales growth, KPI achievement, and team development in a fast-paced retail environment.

As part of the Senior Retail Team, you will drive recruitment, budgeting, and customer experience while upholding Bendon's values. The role demands high energy, superb organization, and the ability to coach managers

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple sites or departments with 50+ staff.
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets and managing budgets.
• Strong financial skills and experience with P&L.
• Recruitment and performance management experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong communication and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support teams across NSW/ACT to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

As Regional Manager NSW/ACT, you will lead and drive a team of passionate people across six Bendon Outlet stores and eight Myer Concession stores across NSW and ACT. This is a job with a broad range of responsibilities and needs someone who is supremely organized, with high energy levels and experience in managing multi-site and multi-state teams.
