atWork Australia is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee employment services contracts across the Melbourne region. You will lead a team of Service Managers across multiple sites, driving performance, compliance, and financial outcomes while strengthening relationships with Services Australia and local employers.

Ideal candidates bring proven leadership, strategic thinking and a track record in outcomes-driven service delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience leading teams and/or multiple sites within employment services or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of contractual and compliance-based service delivery environments.
• Sound financial and commercial acumen.
• Demonstrated capability in leadership, coaching and performance management.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Strong communication, organisational and decision-making abilities.
• A current Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach and develop Service Managers to achieve strong performance and engagement across multiple sites.
• Ensure all contractual, compliance, quality and financial obligations are met or exceeded.
• Drive placement, outcome and market share performance across all Employment Service Areas.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Services Australia, employers and community partners.
• Provide clear operational leadership, performance management and governance oversight.
• Contribute to financial forecasting, reporting and risk management.
