atWork Australia is seeking a Regional Manager responsible for end-to-end performance, delivery and profitability of employment services across a region. You will lead Service Managers, drive outcomes, and strengthen relationships with employers, Services Australia and community partners.

Competenze

• Proven experience leading teams across multiple sites in employment services or related industry.
• Strong understanding of contractual and compliance-based service delivery environments.
• Sound financial and commercial acumen.
• Demonstrated capability in leadership, coaching and performance management.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Strong communication, organisational and decision-making abilities.
• A current Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle.

• Lead, coach and develop Service Managers to achieve strong performance and engagement.
• Ensure all contractual, compliance, quality and financial obligations are met or exceeded.
• Drive placement, outcome and market share performance across all Employment Service Areas.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Services Australia, employers and community partners.
• Provide clear operational leadership, performance management and governance oversight.
• Contribute to financial forecasting, reporting and risk management.
• Represent atWork Australia at regional forums, committees and community events.
