Job summary

atWork Australia is seeking a Regional Manager to take full operational accountability for performance, delivery and profitability of employment services contracts across your region. You will lead a team of Service Managers across multiple sites, driving outcomes, managing compliance and strengthening relationships with Services Australia and employers.

You will champion continuous improvement, guide financial forecasting and risk management, and represent the organisation in regional forums

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading teams and/or multiple sites in employment services or a related industry.
• Strong judgment, emotional intelligence and people-centred leadership.
• Ability to balance performance with client outcomes and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Service Managers to achieve strong performance and engagement
• Ensure contractual, compliance, quality and financial obligations are met or exceeded
• Drive placement, outcome and market share performance across Employment Service Areas
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Services Australia, employers and community partners
• Provide clear operational leadership, performance management and governance oversight
• Contribute to financial forecasting, reporting and risk management
• Represent atWork Australia at regional forums, committees and community events
• Champion continuous improvement, service excellence and values-led leadership
