Lead Strategic Growth and Service Excellence

At Aruma, we are committed to supporting people with disability to live a life of choice, independence and inclusion. We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of disability services, ensuring outstanding customer outcomes, operational excellence, and sustainable business growth.

About The Role

Reporting to senior leadership, you will oversee a portfolio of services across multiple locations, providing leadership and support to a team of managers responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred supports.

As Regional Manager, you will be accountable for operational performance, financial sustainability, workforce capability, compliance, and service growth. You will drive strategic initiatives, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and ensure the delivery of safe, compliant, and customer-focused services that align with Aruma's values and strategic objectives.

About You

A strategic and commercially minded leader with a strong track record of delivering operational excellence, sustainable growth, and outstanding customer outcomes within complex service environments.

Success in this role will be demonstrated through the leadership of high-performing, customer-centred services that achieve strong operational, financial, quality, and compliance outcomes. A commitment to building engaged and capable teams, fostering a positive workplace culture, and driving continuous improvement will be essential.

Strong experience in leading geographically dispersed teams, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and implementing strategic initiatives is required. An ability to balance commercial objectives with exceptional service delivery, while identifying opportunities for growth, innovation, and business development, will be highly valued.

A passion for person-centred practice and a commitment to human rights, inclusion, and choice for people with disability will underpin all aspects of leadership and decision-making.

What You'll Bring
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Management, Human Services, Community Services, Disability, Health, or a related discipline, supported by significant experience in senior operational leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated success leading multi-site service operations with responsibility for financial performance, workforce planning, operational delivery, stakeholder engagement, and business growth. Experience driving cultural transformation, developing workforce capability, and leading teams through periods of growth and change will be critical.
  • Highly developed commercial, analytical, and strategic capabilities, combined with exceptional communication, relationship management, and decision-making skills. A proven ability to translate strategy into action, deliver measurable outcomes, and build high-performing teams within customer-focused and values-driven organisations is essential.
  • Experience within the disability, community services, health, aged care, or broader human services sectors will be highly regarded. Knowledge of NDIS funding arrangements, regulatory requirements, person-centred practices, and service delivery frameworks will be advantageous.
  • Demonstrated success in business development, customer growth, service expansion, and organisational sustainability will further distinguish suitable candidates.

Candidates with a proven ability to drive customer growth, expand service offerings, and contribute to organisational sustainability and profitability are encouraged to apply.
