Qualifications
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary maintenance teams in manufacturing.
- Ability to improve equipment reliability and maintenance planning.
- Strong leadership to develop supervisors and build accountability.
- Sound technical knowledge across mechanical and electrical maintenance.
- Experience using CMMS and maintenance performance data to drive improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead a sizeable maintenance team of 25+ and foster high-performing culture.
- Improve planning, scheduling and preventative/predictive maintenance.
- Strengthen CMMS effectiveness and use maintenance data to drive improvement.
- Collaborate with Production to support operational performance.
- Deliver measurable improvements in reliability, availability and cost control.
