Job summary

ALH Hotels is seeking a Local Area Marketing Partner in Western Australia to work with publicans across a portfolio of venues, diagnosing business challenges and uncovering growth opportunities through targeted Local Area Marketing activity.

Reporting to the Senior Local Area Marketing Manager, you will develop short‑term plans, manage budgets, and collaborate with the central marketing team to deliver campaigns that drive customer footfall and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in a dedicated marketing environment, multi-site experience preferred.
• Ability to translate venue, guest, and catchment data into actionable commercial plans.
• Strong relationship-building with operational leaders, Publicans, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing marketing budgets, evaluating campaign ROI, and maintaining spend discipline.

Responsibilities

• Publican Relationship Ownership: act as the dedicated marketing advisor to venue Publicans and guide commercial decisions.
• Pub Planning: set ROI-focused marketing priorities and long-term plans to solve venue challenges.
• Data-Led Opportunity Diagnosis: analyze data to identify revenue streams and growth levers across portfolio.
• Performance Review & Optimisation: monitor campaigns against targets and adjust plans based on results.
• Financial Management & Spend Discipline: own local venue marketing budgets with accurate tracking and ROI focus.
• Delivery Orchestration: coordinate with central LAM Delivery Team and oversee tactical production.
