NSW Institute of Sport (NSWIS) is recruiting a High-Performance Manager to lead a portfolio of sport partnerships and programs. You will shape outcomes by negotiating, implementing and reviewing partnerships with NSOs and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with performance goals and shared strategic outcomes.

This leadership role requires a track record in high-performance sport, stakeholder management, and driving performance for athletes and coaches under the Olympic cycle.

Qualifications

• ,7+ years’ experience in elite coaching and leading programs.
• Proven ability to manage staff and key relationships.
• Experience building high-performance teams and culture.
• Ability to allocate and manage resources for performance outcomes.
• Strong understanding of elite sport performance planning and coaching principles.

Responsabilités

• Lead and negotiate sport partnership agreements with NSOs and sport partners.
• Implement, monitor and review partnership arrangements to meet performance objectives.
• Collaborate with NSWIS Senior Leadership and partners to drive athlete success.
• Champion NSWIS values of integrity, collaboration and excellence.
