Job summary

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years teaching experience.
• Developed work programs in alignment with national, state, and local requirements.
• Driving the assessment and moderation process when developing new programs.
• Leading and innovating within a specified curriculum area.
• Stakeholder engagement fostering collaboration and transparency.
• Having responsibility for a financial budget.
• Not required to be Catholic.

Responsibilities

• Lead the designated curriculum area(s) taught in the school.
• Apply research to classroom practice through professional development of teachers.
• Supervise and induct teachers in the curriculum area.
• Analyse student data and address areas of concern with targeted interventions.
• Manage financial and material resources within the area, including budgets.
