Qualifications

• 3+ years IT support experience.
• OS X and Mac hardware troubleshooting.
• Basic AV and networking skills.
• Experience with distributed teams.
• Experience with Asana or Zendesk.
• Strong communication and service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT Support operations for Sydney region.
• Coordinate regional stakeholders and IT pillar leads.
• Provide remote support for AV and network teams.
• Manage hardware deployment and inventory.
• Respond to user requests via ticketing tools.
• Support onboarding and IT welcome sessions.
