Job summary

Renascent is seeking an experienced HSEQ Advisor to join our regional team and drive safety, quality and compliance across commercial construction sites in NSW. You’ll promote a safe working environment, implement policies and coordinate audits and training.

Travel weekly to job sites, onboard new starters and support ISO/OFSC certification efforts, contributing to our people-first, high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ HSEQ experience, with some experience within commercial construction.
• Relevant HSEQ qualifications and strong knowledge of HSEQ systems and processes.
• Strong organisational, time management and project coordination skills.
• Confident communicator with a collaborative, team-focused approach.
• Proactive problem-solver with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Accountable, quality-driven and committed to delivering outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute safety procedures, work instructions, documentation, and training materials.
• Monitor and report on safety performance and compliance.
• Implement and enforce company safety policies and programs.
• Travel weekly to job sites to ensure safety compliance.
• Support internal and external HSEQ audits.
• Assist with tender pre-qualifications requirements.
• Maintain ISO and OFSC certification.
• Maintain 3rd party contractor management portal requirements.
• Maintain WHS committee calendar, agenda and minutes.
• Onboard new starters and coordinate annual HSEQ training requirements.
