Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of employment laws, policies and procedures.
• Experience in human resources, recruitment and HR systems such as CHRIS21.
• Flexibility to manage changing needs, solve problems and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with people from diverse backgrounds.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, from job ads and shortlisting to interviews and referee checks
• Prepare job documents, track contracts and help new staff settle into their roles
• Give clear and timely advice on recruitment, pay and employment rules
• Keep staff records up to date and report on current and future vacancies
• Support accurate records, probation checks and rostering tasks while meeting deadlines.
