Job summary

RSGx in Australia is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager - WA/NT to lead the people function across Western Australia and the Northern Territory, partnering with regional leaders to drive people strategies and workforce capabilities.

The role requires senior HR leadership, strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, and a track record of delivering strategic people initiatives across multi-site, project-based environments.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a senior HR leadership role (HR Manager / Senior HRBP / HR Lead)
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, Fair Work, modern awards and enterprise agreements
• Experience leading HR across complex, multi-site, project-based environments

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR strategy and people function for WA/NT across multiple sites
• Advise regional leaders on employee relations, industrial matters and workforce planning
• Drive talent management, succession planning and organisational development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and governance requirements
• Partner with recruitment, payroll, learning & development to deliver consistent people outcomes
