Job summary

Mission Australia, Belmont, WA, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Partnering Lead for a full-time, permanent role offering hybrid work options and a salary of $150,000 plus super.

The role partners with senior leaders to shape workforce strategy, lead a team of HR professionals, and drive employee engagement while navigating complex workforce matters and organisational change.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline.
• Experience leading HR teams.
• Knowledge of employment legislation and modern HR practices.
• Ability to influence and support senior leaders.
• Experience with change management and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of HR Business Partners to provide high-quality, compliant people support.
• Partner with senior leaders to align workforce strategies with business objectives.
• Support complex employee relations matters, investigations, grievances and performance issues.
• Support restructures and change initiatives with effective people impact management.
• Drive employee engagement and retention through partnering and coaching.
• Build leadership capability through education, coaching and guidance on HR best practice.
• Analyse workforce data to support evidence-based decision making and planning.
• Collaborate with Employee Relations, Remuneration, Safety, Learning & Development, Payroll and Legal.
