Accor Hospitality Services is seeking an Area Manager for Dexus NSW to oversee Accor services across the Dexus NSW portfolio. You will lead Customer Experience teams, drive recruitment, performance, and commercial outcomes while upholding Accor’s HEARTIST culture and client promise.

You will supervise teams, align policies, respond to tenant needs, and manage budgets, SLAs, and KPIs. A strong leadership and hospitality mindset is essential to deliver exceptional service across multiple

Responsabilités

• Supervise, support, and train Customer Experience Managers and Concierge Team Members.
• Oversee recruitment and performance appraisals and implement productivity strategies.
• Ensure team adherence to policies, and foster cross-department communication.
• Respond to customer complaints and develop tenant service guides for Dexus.
• Prepare rosters within budget, manage scheduling, and maintain equipment.
• Manage Service Level Agreements, KPI delivery, and Privacy Act compliance.
• Lead planning, delivery, and budgeting of Customer Activations to support CX Managers.
