Spec Services is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead our ACT & SNSW remediation teams on site. You’ll guide crews, ensure quality, and build strong client relationships to grow the portfolio. A vehicle, company phone and laptop are provided to support field work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a multi-site operations or regional supervisor role.
• Experience in construction, industrial, logistics or similar environments.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and identify business opportunities.
• Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Suite and quoting/reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Be visible on site, leading teams across ACT & SNSW.
• Drive safety culture through site inspections, toolbox talks and WHS compliance.
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver projects efficiently with a focus on productivity and profitability.
• Meet clients face to face, build strong relationships and grow the ACT & SNSW portfolio.
• Recruit, coach and lead, high-performing teams across multiple sites.
• Ensure all incidents, hazards, and near misses are reported and managed appropriately.
• Use IT skills to prepare quotes, client communications and accurate operational reports.
