Honeywell International Inc. is seeking a Field Operations Manager - Field Service & Automation to lead a team of Field Service Engineers and Service Specialists across the Pacific region (Perth, Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane).

You will drive safety, quality and service delivery while partnering with customers to deliver measurable outcomes. The role emphasizes people leadership, workforce planning and continuous improvement to enable business growth and operational excellence in industrial

Qualifikationen

Experience leading field-based service, maintenance, technical or operational teams.
Strong people leadership, coaching and performance management skills.
Experience with workforce planning, scheduling, utilization and productivity management.

Lead, coach and develop Field Service Engineers & Specialists, fostering a high-performance culture focused on safety and operational excellence.
Drive workforce utilisation, planning and labour management to meet service targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, manage escalations and ensure delivery of contractual commitments.
Monitor and improve operational performance through KPI management and quality assurance.
