Job summary

Zscaler, Inc. is seeking a Regional Director for the APAC Public Sector based in Sydney. You will build and lead a top-tier Government field sales team, drive new business, ensure renewals, and deliver exceptional customer and partner satisfaction.

The role reports to the Regional VP, Public Sector and requires strategic account planning and executive stakeholder management. You will mentor senior Account Executives, foster a high-performance team culture, and drive territory plans across Public

Qualifications

Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and AI-driven solutions in public sector.
8+ years of sales leadership in the Public Sector.
Deep government procurement and compliance knowledge.
Proven strategic account and territory planning and pipeline generation.
Player-coach with cross-functional leadership across teams.

Responsibilities

Hire, lead, and develop a high-performing team of senior Account Executives to achieve targets.
Drive high retention, renewal rates, and long-term customer loyalty.
Develop territory and account plans to drive pipeline growth and market expansion.
Act as player-coach to shape complex deal strategies and establish executive connections.
Maintain forecasting, pipeline health, and sales process discipline.
