Zscaler, a NASDAQ-listed security leader, is seeking a Regional Director to lead Government field sales in the APJ region from Melbourne. This hybrid role reports to the Regional VP, Public Sector, and focuses on building a high-caliber team, shaping strategic plans, and accelerating public sector opportunities while ensuring customer and partner satisfaction.

Qualifications

Foundational knowledge of AI/ML technologies and ability to position AI-driven solutions.
8+ years of sales leadership experience in the Public Sector.
Proven track record in strategic account and territory planning and pipeline generation.
Experience leading cross-functional teams including Sellers, SEs, CSMs, and executives.
Demonstrated ability to build executive relationships and close complex deals.

Responsibilities

Hire, lead, and develop a high-performing Public Sector sales team.
Drive high renewal rates and customer satisfaction across the region.
Develop territory and account plans to grow pipeline and market share.
Shape deal strategies and manage high-value customer engagements with executive stakeholders.
