UGL Regional Linx is seeking a Development Planner and Analyst to coordinate property development for CRN land in regional NSW. You will work in a small team, supporting planning applications, briefing notes, and stakeholder engagement to drive acquisitions and disposals programs.

You will analyse data, maintain records, and ensure activities align with quality, environmental and safety plans. A Certificate/Diploma in Urban/Town Planning is required, with strong MS Office skills and experience

Qualifications

• Certificate / Diploma in Urban Planning / Town Planning / Development Analysis.
• Sound experience in planning and property matters.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Visio, Excel, Outlook) and record management systems.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and administer property development for CRN land in NSW.
• Support development and delivery of acquisitions and disposals programs.
• Prepare planning and development applications and maintain records.
• Engage with UGLRL stakeholders for input to development activities.
• Assist with development and implementation of rail corridor procedures.
• Access, utilise and maintain systems and databases to produce development reports.
• Ensure development analyses comply with quality, environmental and safety plans.
