UGL Regional Linx is seeking a Development Planner and Analyst to coordinate property development for CRN land in regional NSW. You will work in a small team, supporting planning applications, briefing notes, and stakeholder engagement to drive acquisitions and disposals programs.

You will analyse data, maintain records, and ensure activities align with quality, environmental and safety plans. A Certificate/Diploma in Urban/Town Planning is required, with strong MS Office skills and experience

• Certificate / Diploma in Urban Planning / Town Planning / Development Analysis.
• Sound experience in planning and property matters.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Visio, Excel, Outlook) and record management systems.

Engage with UGLRL Stakeholders for input to development activities. Assist with development and implementation of rail corridor procedures. Access, utilise and maintain existing systems and databases to provide analysis and develop, maintain and produce a range of development reports to support management of development matters. Ensure that all development analysis and assessments are in accordance with quality, environmental, and safety management plans of the business. **About You** Certificate / Diploma in Urban Planning / Town Planning/ Development Analysis Sound experience in planning and property matters.
