Job summary

UGL Regional Linx is seeking a Planning/Development Analyst to coordinate property development activities relating to town planning matters for CRN land and premises. You will support acquisitions and disposals, prepare planning applications, and maintain comprehensive records.

You will work in a small team, engage with stakeholders, and ensure development analyses align with quality, environmental, and safety management plans.

Qualifications

• Certificate or diploma in Urban/Town Planning or Development Analysis is required.
• Sound experience in planning and property matters.
• Ability to use MS Office Suite (including Visio, Excel and Outlook) and record management systems to produce reports and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate and administer property development activities related to town planning matters and divestments for CRN land and premises.
• Support development and delivery of acquisitions and disposals programs.
• Prepare planning and development applications and briefing notes and maintain records.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather input for development activities and ensure compliance with quality, environmental and safety plans.
