Job summary

Telstra is seeking a Regional Defence Technician to perform end-to-end activation and assurance across ICT environments. The role requires operating on customer sites to address incidents, service requests, and project tasks within defined SLAs.

You will work with Juniper networks, voice tech, fibre and copper infrastructure, and contribute to documentation, reporting and security posture. Australian citizenship and NV1 clearance are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Hold a minimum NV1 AGSVA security clearance and be eligible for NV2.
• Strong customer management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
• Knowledge of Juniper data networks and voice technologies is desirable.
• Experience acting in a Program Manager capacity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end activation and assurance functions with minimal supervision.
• Operate on customer sites to action incidents, requests and project tasks.
• Manage workloads in service management tools to meet SLAs.
• Update technical and procedural documentation and maintain ICT security.
• Provide weekly reporting or escalation to the Delivery Manager.
