Job summary

Eucalyptus, part of Hims & Hers, is seeking a Regional Controller in Sydney to own end-to-end controllership across the international group, including treasury, AP, payroll and local statutory reporting.

This strategic yet hands-on role will establish the first-year SOX controls, drive close and reporting accuracy, and develop a high-performing international accounting team aligned to US-listed parent requirements.

Qualifications

• CA / CPA qualified, or equivalent such as ACA/ACCA/US CPA.
• Big 4 audit background, ideally through Senior Manager level.
• 15+ years’ experience across audit, financial control, group reporting and accounting leadership.
• Deep hands-on controllership experience inside a multinational group.
• Experience in or with a listed multinational environment - ASX, LSE, NYSE, NASDAQ or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of IFRS / AASB and multinational consolidation requirements.
• Demonstrated experience leading, implementing or supporting SOX or equivalent internal controls.
• Proven ability to lead finance teams across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong technical accounting capability with complex judgments.
• Attention to detail, process discipline and balance sheet ownership.
• Player-coach mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly and annual close for the international group, aligned to the parent calendar.
• Lead group reporting into the parent company, including consolidation inputs and balance sheet reviews.
• Own local statutory reporting across Australia and other jurisdictions with IFRS/AASB alignment.
• Lead technical accounting positions and memos on revenue, leases, intangibles and more.
• Manage external audit delivery and Big 4 relationships.
• Drive alignment of policies, COA, close processes with global requirements.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing international accounting team.
• Own AP, AR, billing, intercompany and reconciliations; build scalable finance operations.
