Eucalyptus, part of Hims & Hers, is seeking a Regional Controller in Sydney to own end-to-end controllership for the international group. You will lead accounting operations, treasury, payroll and SOX readiness, while ensuring accurate reporting to a US-listed parent and local statutory compliance in Australia.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on process improvement, ensuring close accuracy, strong controls and scalable finance operations across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualificações

• Must hold CA/CPA or equivalent (ACA/ACCA/US CPA accepted).
• 15+ years in audit, control, or leadership roles within multinational groups.
• Experience with US GAAP and international reporting frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Own monthly, quarterly and annual close for international group.
• Lead local statutory reporting under IFRS/AASB.
• Manage external audits and Big 4 relationships.
• Drive SOX controls design and remediation for the international scope.
• Oversee treasury, payroll, AP/AR and intercompany processes.
• Build and develop a high-performing regional accounting team.
