Zusammenfassung

Eucalyptus, part of Hims & Hers, seeks a Regional Controller to own end-to-end controllership for international entities. This hands-on leader will drive chart of accounts, close processes, and reporting in a US-listed parent context.

You will manage treasury, AP/AR, payroll, and SOX controls across multiple jurisdictions while mentoring a high-performing international accounting team.

Qualifikationen

• CA/CPA or equivalent qualification required.
• Big 4 audit background strongly preferred.
• 15+ years in audit, financial control, and reporting leadership.

Aufgaben

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual close for international group.
• Own local statutory reporting across Australia and other jurisdictions.
• Oversee treasury, intercompany, payroll and AP/AR processes.
• Drive SOX/control framework design and remediation.
• Manage external audits and Big 4 relationships.
• Own NetSuite and finance data architecture changes.

CA/CPA qualification

Big 4 background

15+ years experience

IFRS/AASB knowledge

US GAAP experience

Leadership of finance teams
