Wilson & Bradley Pty Ltd is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales across the Canberra ACT and Riverina region, visiting customers in a fully funded company vehicle and managing your own day with strong support from a close-knit sales team.

Qualifications

• A strong desire to take your career in sales to the next level.
• cabinet-making knowledge or knowledge of Blum hardware is highly regarded.
• Intermediate computer skills with Word, Excel and Outlook (Salesforce desirable).
• Excellent communication, time management, organisation and attention to detail.
• Desire to create and maintain strong and impactful relationships with customers.
• Enthusiastic, passionate, positive attitude, self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.
• Team player.
• Ability to be innovative and build long term impactful decisions.

Responsibilities

• Identifying new sales/business prospects/opportunities and to increase your customer base.
• Managing and retaining quality, long term, and personalised relationships with existing customers and stakeholders.
• Maintaining in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition.
• Identifying evolving customer needs and being aware of new, emerging products and competition in our industry.
• Acting with passion, energy, and respect to secure new product sales within your territory.
• Developing growth strategies and working in conjunction with the State Sales Manager.
• Collaborating with other departments regarding sales and meeting customer needs, such as Customer Service, Finance and Warehouse teams.
• Plan daily, weekly and monthly activities.
