Job summary

QPR Premium Funding is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across Australia’s broker network. You will expand opportunities with insurance brokers, leverage relationships, and manage a portfolio to meet targets.

Based in Sydney, you will work flexibly from home with a competitive package including car allowance and an incentive bonus. At least 5 years in a similar role and a valid driver’s license are required, with preferred experience in insurance premium

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Preferred experience in Insurance Premium Funding or related sector.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities within our broker network through leveraging existing relationships, referrals, and networking events
• Provide regular training sessions for brokers on premium funding products and systems
• Manage and report on the performance of your portfolio, ensuring targets are met and client satisfaction is maintained
• Attend regular insurance brokers networking events to stay updated on industry trends and foster new connections
• Proactively manage overdue client accounts and collaborate with brokers and internal staff to resolve issues collaboratively when required
• Account manage broker relationships, handle and address all broker inquiries promptly and professionally
• Utilize our CRM application to manage all your daily activities and drive business growth effectively
• Contribute ideas and strategies to a collaborative team of BDMs focused on mutual support and business growth
