QPR Premium Funding is seeking dynamic Business Development Managers to drive growth nationwide, focusing on expanding the broker network and servicing clients across regions. The role supports flexible work arrangements, including work from home, with a car allowance and incentive bonuses tied to performance.

Candidates should bring at least 5 years in a related role, preferably within insurance premium funding, and hold a valid driver’s license.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in a similar Business Development / sales role.
• Preferred experience in Insurance Premium Funding or insurance/finance networks.
• Valid driver’s license is essential.
• Strong ability to generate new opportunities via broker networks.

Responsabilidades

• Generate new business opportunities within the broker network through existing relationships, referrals, and events.
• Provide regular training sessions for brokers on premium funding products and systems.
• Manage and report on portfolio performance, meeting targets and maintaining client satisfaction.
• Attend broker networking events to stay updated on industry trends and build connections.
• Proactively manage overdue client accounts and resolve issues with brokers and internal teams.
• Account manage broker relationships and promptly address broker inquiries.
