Job summary

Bendigo Bank is seeking a Regional Manager for the Central Coast region, covering Wyong to Ettalong Beach, with travel across regional NSW. You will lead, coach and develop branch leadership teams, shaping strategies to optimise profitability and deliver exceptional customer experiences aligned with our strategic plan.

• People leadership with the ability to develop, coach and manage performance
• Strong communication skills to deliver clear expectations across the region

• Effective and influential presentation and public speaking skills
• Experience in building a strategic plan for the market
• Strong relationship management with ability to effectively network and engage with your community and partners
• Understanding of financial management, business acumen and risk framework
• Experience in retail banking (desirable, but not essential)
• Experience working with a board (desirable, but not essential)

Your role as a Regional Manager will be responsible for the overall performance of your region with a focus on building on the success of your retail team, and in turn, of Bendigo Bank in the area. A highly collaborative role, working in partnership with the state leadership team, Community Bank boards and other key stakeholders.

This is a permanent, full-time position located in the Central Coast region, covering branches as far north as Wyong, down to Ettalong Beach (and those in-between). Travel in regional NSW is required for this role.
