Qualifications

• Territory-based, on-the-road role covering Bundaberg, Hervey Bay, Kingaroy and surrounding regional areas.
• Manage existing B2B customer portfolio while driving new business growth in industrial and trade sectors.
• Hands-on, customer-facing role with focus on building relationships and tailored safety solutions.
• Collaborate with operations, supply chain and customer service to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Responsibilities

• Territory & Account Management: grow an existing portfolio within your territory and maintain regular customer contact.
• New Business Development: identify, prospect and convert opportunities, build a strong sales pipeline.
• End-to-end sales: manage the full cycle from initial contact through to quoting, order placement and ongoing account management.
• Stay informed on local market activity, competitor movement and customer trends.
