Responsibilities

• Lead Northwest Sydney stores and oversee up to 13 stores in the region.
• Manage day-to-day operations ensuring service excellence and policy compliance.
• Coach and develop store management teams to maximise performance.
• Monitor sales, inventory, operational metrics and customer satisfaction; identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with central Petbarn team to plan and execute regional initiatives.
• Foster a positive, customer-centric culture across your area.
