Job summary

Endeavour Group is seeking an Area Manager to lead a geographically dispersed team of Store Managers, driving the bevy of strategies across the region. You’ll coach and develop leaders, ensure operational standards and shape a positive, inclusive culture while delivering excellent customer experiences.

With a focus on data-driven decision making and adaptability, you’ll partner with stakeholders to implement plans and scale best practices.

Qualifications

• Strategic leadership for a geographically dispersed portfolio.
• Proven track record leading large teams in retail or fast-paced customer focus.
• Adaptability and ability to guide teams through change.
• Comfort using data insights to drive customer experience.
• Experience in regulated environments is valued.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate a multi-site team of Store Managers to deliver the brand strategy.
• Implement operational plans to meet business goals across the state and area.
• Communicate direction, goals and expectations to build a positive team culture.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance customer experiences and simplify processes.
• Share learnings and scale best practices to improve customer and team experiences.
• Identify and develop future talent within the team.
