Job summary

Endeavour Group, including Dan Murphy's and BWS, seeks an Area Manager in Adelaide to lead store leaders and teams to deliver the company's strategy. You will inspire great culture, drive commercial outcomes, and guide transformation projects across the state.

You will analyse metrics and coach store teams, develop future leaders, and collaborate with senior leadership to evolve the business while keeping customer experience at the heart of decisions.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contribute to the delivery of the Dan's strategy with the state leadership team, and lead your area group to bring the strategy to life in stores.
• Build team commitment by providing clear direction and role clarity to achieve business goals.
• Lead and inspire your team, fostering a great culture.
• Lead the delivery of key projects for the state.
• Analyse key metrics and leverage customer and team feedback to provide tailored coaching for each store.
• Lead business transformation and change agendas effectively while maintaining a steady focus on performance.
• Develop talent pipelines and future leaders through regular feedback and meaningful succession planning.
