Job summary

Smithsgroup2 is seeking an experienced Fulfillment Specialist to support Australia and New Zealand operations. The role focuses on end-to-end fulfillment, coordinating with freight forwarders, warehousing partners, and logistics providers to ensure timely, cost-efficient deliveries across the ANZ region.

You will manage domestic and international shipments, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute service, sales, and program orders across Australia and New Zealand.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping partners, transportation providers, and 3PL warehouses to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
• Oversee domestic and international shipments, including ocean freight and other transportation modes.
• Monitor order fulfillment activities and proactively resolve shipment delays, inventory issues, and customer escalations.
• Partner with Service, Commercial, Program Management, and Supply Chain teams to meet customer commitments and business objectives.
• Drive logistics cost optimization and support process improvement initiatives across the ANZ supply chain network.
• Analyze fulfillment and logistics performance metrics to identify opportunities for operational enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, trade requirements, and import/export regulations.
• Act as a key point of contact for fulfillment-related activities, building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Support a fast‐paced and evolving business environment while maintaining a strong customer‑focused approach.
