Job summary

YETI Australia is seeking an Operations Specialist to support daily outbound supply chain execution across Australia and New Zealand. You will coordinate with internal teams, 3PLs and vendors to ensure accurate orders, inventory and shipments while maintaining data integrity in Cin7 Core and other systems.

You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, resolve transport enquiries, and help GTM activities.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP/inventory/PO systems; EDI is advantageous.
• Strong eye for detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Follows defined processes with accuracy and consistency.
• Identifies issues and escalates or resolves within established frameworks.
• Builds effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Contributes to operational improvements and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day outbound supply chain operations across ANZ.
• Review and manage outbound orders to sustain fulfilment service levels; resolve bottlenecks.
• Assist GTM activities: order readiness, system setup, coordination with teams and 3PLs.
• Investigate and resolve transport enquiries with internal stakeholders and partners.
• Coordinate value-added services (VAS) and rework within 3PLs with accuracy.
• Investigate discrepancies across systems and operations; escalate when needed.
• Maintain data accuracy across ERP and warehouse systems (orders, inventory, shipments).
• Support workflows for returned inventory aligning system and stock records.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to boost processes and efficiency.
