Job summary

CJC Management is seeking a Regional Project Manager to support airport, aviation, ports and regional infrastructure projects across Queensland. This role focuses on project management, advisory and delivery support for regional airports, councils, operators and infrastructure owners.

You will support planning, project development, procurement, delivery and operational interface management across airport and regional infrastructure programmes, coordinating diverse stakeholders and navigating

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Aviation Management or related discipline.
• Experience in airports, aviation, ports, regional infrastructure or transport projects.
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination experience.
• Understanding of capital works, asset management or infrastructure planning.
• Experience working with councils, government agencies, airport operators or infrastructure owners.
• Ability to manage live operational environments and complex stakeholder groups.
• Strong reporting, planning and delivery discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage airport, aviation, ports or regional infrastructure projects across Queensland.
• Support project development, master planning and capital works delivery.
• Coordinate airport operators, councils, government agencies, consultants and contractors.
• Manage project scope, programme, budget, risk, reporting and governance requirements.
• Support business cases, funding submissions and project justification documents.
• Manage live operational interfaces across airside, landside or port environments.
• Support asset management, infrastructure planning and site development activities.
• Coordinate design, procurement, construction and handover processes.
• Provide practical project advice to clients with limited internal delivery resources.
• Support regional growth, client engagement and project pipeline development.
