Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering/PM/Construction Management or related discipline.
• Rail/major infrastructure project experience.
• Experience with government, operators, contractors or consultants.
• Strong coordination, reporting and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of project controls, risk, programme and governance.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and follow through on actions.
• Clear communication and practical delivery mindset.
• Based in Sydney or Brisbane, with travel flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scopes, deliverables, actions, risks and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, designers and client stakeholders.
• Support project governance, programme tracking and progress reporting.
• Assist with procurement, tender documentation and contract administration.
• Support design coordination, constructability reviews and delivery planning.
• Track project risks, issues, dependencies and stakeholder actions.
• Prepare meeting packs, minutes, reports and project documentation.
• Support site or delivery teams where required.
• Contribute to safe, efficient and coordinated project outcomes.
