Job summary

MG Motor Australia seeks an experienced Senior Regional Aftersales Manager to lead our Regional Aftersales team and drive performance across the dealer network. You will translate strategy into regional plans for service, parts, warranty and customer experience, with a focus on improving efficiency, quality and satisfaction.

You will coach managers, develop talent, monitor performance, and deliver strong commercial and customer outcomes while ensuring compliance with MG standards and regulatory

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in automotive aftersales, including leadership experience.
• Proven experience leading managers or teams and supporting multiple dealerships across a regional or national dealer network.
• Strong knowledge of dealership service, parts and warranty operations, including dealer management systems.
• Demonstrated experience developing and delivering aftersales plans aligned with commercial and operational objectives.
• Strong capability in dealer performance analysis, reporting, forecasting and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop our team of Regional Aftersales Managers, setting clear expectations and driving performance and accountability.
• Translate national aftersales strategy and targets into effective regional plans across service, parts, warranty and customer experience.
• Monitor dealer operational and financial performance, using data to identify gaps, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Support the regional team in working with dealers to improve service quality, efficiency, parts availability and inventory performance.
• Drive aftersales sales performance through dealer planning, targets, incentives and promotional programs.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and loyalty, providing oversight of escalated cases and ensuring recurring issues inform improvement plans.
• Support dealer compliance with MG standards, warranty requirements and relevant regulatory obligations.
• Identify capability gaps across the dealer network and support effective training and development for aftersales personnel.
• Build strong relationships with Dealer Principals, dealer aftersales teams, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Provide performance reporting, insights and recommendations to the General Manager, Aftersales.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Care and other teams on initiatives that support customer retention and aftersales growth.
