SSI Group is seeking a Refugee & Disability Employment Consultant based in Goodna, with regular travel to Ipswich. You will work within the Inclusive Employment Australia program to help referred job seekers set goals, overcome barriers, and secure sustainable employment through strengths-based support.

You'll operate across flexible and intensive streams, ensuring mutual obligations are met while engaging participants and employers for tailored opportunities.

Formación

• Hold qualifications in Community Services, Mental Health, or related fields.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver holistic, participant-centred employment services.
• Identify employment goals and support participants to overcome barriers.
• Secure sustainable employment outcomes aligned with participants’ aspirations and circumstances.
• Support participants in both flexible and intensive streams across preparation, placement and on-the-job support.
• Deliver one-on-one and group-based support and connect participants to training and coaching.
