Qualifications

• 3–5 years of administration experience preferred, ideally with exposure to the mining industry.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service work using Simpro.
• Process customer purchase orders.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for service technicians.
• Collate job documentation, including technician reports and timesheets.
• Manage invoicing and support the collections process.
• Handle site access administration, including client questionnaires, assessment forms, and portal management.
• Arrange service technician site inductions.
• Provide timely support to technicians and customers by troubleshooting scheduling or logistical challenges.
• Work closely with managers, supervisors, technicians, and the operations manager to ensure efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule service work using Simpro
• Process customer purchase orders
• Coordinate travel arrangements for service technicians

Qualifications and Experience

• Commitment to compliance with contractual obligations and safe work practices

• Must have the right to live and work in Australia
• A valid Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
