The technician will perform preventative and reactive maintenance across multiple high-end refrigeration sites for a major client. Ideal candidates will have practical experience in commercial refrigeration and HVAC, necessary licences, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Qualifications

• Practical experience in commercial refrigeration and HVAC in a supermarket environment.
• Must hold a Refrigerant Handling Licence and Restricted Electrical Licence.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct repairs and maintenance on high-end refrigeration sites.
• Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance to prevent breakdowns.
• Respond to reactive maintenance work in a timely manner.
• Be an effective communicator and develop strong partnerships with all key stakeholders.
• Work on a rotating on-call roster, 13 weeks per year.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will complete preventative & reactive maintenance across a cluster of Coles sites. Reporting to your Field Operations Supervisor, you will work to maintain high standards across your stores, provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Refrigeration/HVAC Technician, who is comfortable working autonomously to deliver timely outcomes.

Your cluster will be based in the Pakenham, Berwick and Clyde North region.

Your key responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for delivery of repairs and maintenance services, on multiple high-end state of the art refrigeration sites.
• Conduct frequent Planned Preventative Maintenance so that critical breakdown issues do not occur.
• Respond to reactive Refrigeration/HVAC maintenance work in a timely manner.
• Be an effective communicator and develop strong partnerships with all key stakeholders.
• Work on a rotating on-call roster, 13 weeks per year.
