Spotlight Retail Group is seeking a hands-on retail team member in Sydney to support stock processing and in-store operations.

You'll handle stock deliveries, assist with merchandising and recovery standards, and work closely with a supportive team to meet sales targets. The role suits someone with retail or customer service experience, strong communication, and the flexibility to work day and night shifts.
